Jayla Neve was seventeen when she found out that she was an adopted child. Out of anger, she decided to escape in the mansion to find her real parents. But unfortunately, it did not happen. She just woke up in the next day and got admitted in hospital. She didn't know why she had a scars on her neck and other bruises on her body. In this case, her foster father restricted the security especially since they've received a death threats from anonymous person.

During the two months of being locked in her bedroom, she only reads the books to entertain herself. She didn't know why she caught her attention in reading a book about vampires. There is something in there and she wants to know more about it.

In every evening, she always received a rose and a cards. She didn't know where it came from and why it did for almost two years. She also had no idea what that person's intentions were on her.

When her eighteenth birthday came around, a small tattoo on her shoulder suddenly appeared. She didn't know why she had that kind of thing. To her great astonishment, she sought information about it and she just couldn't believe what she had discovered.

She could not imagine that out of all people, she was the one who destined to someone whose not just an ordinary person.
