It is easily the most expensive college in the world, costing $73, 956 for tuition alone, not counting for even room and board. Wars have consumed the world during Caedes' final year at the college, the terrorist organization, PRAT, still has their sights on him, and with their power, there is no telling what could happen to him, and the ones he loves, but he is ready to defend himself, as well as those around him.
