A demon, stuck between heaven and hell, only knows to roam the earth and terrorize the humans in his path. He's cold hearted and mischievous and no good. Well, obviously. He's a demon. But soon, his days of torment are cut short when he comes across a patrol angel. One of God's helpers sent to keep order on Earth. The angel threatens to drag the demon up to heaven and send him to eternity in prison, but instead the demon makes a deal. If he can learn to be good, through the help of this angel, then he can stay on Earth and become a patrol angel as well. If he doesn't, and he continues his ways of torment, then he'll return with the angel to heaven and spend his eternity behind the gates of Demon Heights.

Some people said there was an afterlife for every soul. Some would go to heaven and some to hell. But some said you just die and nothing else. No one really knew what would be waiting for you after you die – that was what made death scary. But I could tell you, there was nothing to be scared of, unless you were a very, very bad person.
