The final batlle of Hokinawa kids was there. Unfortunately, Medaka couldn't defeat Iihiko. So, the work was in the hands of our lovable loser. He deafeated him and not defeated him in the same time. Kumagawa was at 100%, didn't use his brankets anymore, taking the red giant seriously. But it looked like the power to reject and to destroy were equal. They killed each other. Kumagawa was mourn. As such, he visits the World of the Living seeing various places and watching humans live their lives.
