"I love you too Varian.. but.. you shouldn't have come, I'm too dangerous." Cassandra mumbled quietly. Stepping further back away from the boy heading towards her.
"No.. no I don't believe that you are." Varian walked up to Cass until he was inches from her. "Please, Cass.."
Cassandra looked at Varian, her eyes shimmering with tears. Her face then hardened as she clenched her hands into fists, turning away from the blue eyed boy and walked away.
"Cass.. no, wait!" His voice was fading, as was Cass slowly fading into he darkness..

In The Eyes Of Fate Series (Book One) "Don't even think about it." I stood frozen in place as he said those words from behind me, which sent shivers down my spine. The rain started running down my face as I started thinking of a way out of here. My body trembled in fear knowing that he could easily hurt me. I'm not strong against someone like him Thoughts raced through my mind as I tried to think of a way to get away from him. But there was nothing but endless trees around me. He said in a deep low voice, almost a growl, and his eyes seemed to have gotten darker. 'What the hell is that supposed to mean?!' I tried taking a step back but his grip on my arm tightened. It hurt. "L-let me go, you, you're hurting me!" I looked up at him scared, his eyes were now completely dark, and the next thing I noticed were pointed teeth poking out from his lips. I screamed and pushed at him but he didn't budge. I then raised my knee and kneed him between the legs with all my force, and he dropped like a rock, holding his groin. Run. I took my chance.
