Amora Omar-Espinosa is not your average engineer. First of all, she does her "engineering" in space, on a ship called the Ark. You might think that sounds fine and dandy, but the earth she's being sent to is supposed to be coated in radioactive mists and drenched by acid rain. Supposed to be. Turns out, it's not, and now she and the other teenage prisoners, including one Bellamy Blake, have to find a way to survive on the ground
