Nostalgia

Andre leaves his ten-year homeschooling as he enrolls in the fictional Marcelo Del Pilar Memorial High School. There he navigates his way through introversion, discrimination, stereotypes, and a background of broken family. Meeting a classmate named Jin becomes a monumental aid for Andre just as he is about to come of age, identity, and power over the outside world's domestic battles. Will he overcome the challenges of adolescence? Is Jin someone he can trust? Will he finally know himself?

Nostalgia is a story of a boy's journey through his present as he fixes the ghosts from and longing of the past.

Inspired by juanmigsev's "Gaya sa Pelikula", Philippe Besson's French novel "Lie With Me", Andre Aciman's "Call Me By Your Name", this might necessitate an open mind.
