Jamie's life has taken a turn for the worse. Now in a care and rehabilitation facility for 'troubled' teenagers, he finds every waking moment haunted by his sister being taken away by Stephen. 

Struggling to cope midst freaks, geeks and junkies, he quickly finds out that the center is much more sinister than he could have realized and that those around him have the same connection to the mysterious spirit world of the 'Outback'.

     As their negative energies begin warping the building into an inescapable labyrinth and metamorphosing  those around them into monsters, a new entity emerges- one much more terrifying than Stephen.
