Lydia didn't want to work for a law firm, because it's just gonna bring back memories of Tommy dying, so Lydia's jobless until Oliver comes back to Starling City, with the help from Lydia and Diggle. Oliver asks her to come work with him at Queen Consolidation. Lydia tries to move on from Tommy. Someone from Lydia's past comes back and it's a shock to not only the Lance family, but to Oliver.
