What does it mean to be evil? What makes someone dark? Is it the actions they take or the choices they make? I was always asked, "Why do bad things have to happen to good people?" It's always been presumed that good things should happen to good people. That because they are good that they deserve to have good things happen to them. Yet, good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. I'd like to think it's all because no one is truly good. Maybe it's because of the things I've gone through, but I have a reply to those who ask why bad things happen to them. Bad things happen to good people because good people do bad things. Everyone is bad. There is no good.
