Hannibal's age is also not cannon; if figured correctly, Lecter was 42 when he was first caught in Red Dragon and late 40's-early 50's when he escaped in Hannibal. So to adjust it, I cut off a few years and made this Hannibal 47.] [I do not own anything Hannibal or anything of the Collector.
