Mike Zacharias is a usual cop, his life is pretty simple and normal and he prefers it that way. No drama with girls and relationships. His only true friend is Erwin, with whom he went into school. Their friendship is really deep and they are working together.
On the other hand, Levi is a criminal. He is antisocial and isn't trusting people easily. After his parents moved to another town, Levi stayed alone. His parents were always strict and made sure that Levi finish college, but he never had any 'freedom'. It's not like they didn't allow him to go out when he got older, but since he was locked up most of his life, he is antisocial. Anyway, now that he's alone, he took things too far and that lead to meeting Mike.
