Andy and Shae have always had their disagreements. They might have been neighbors, but that never really made them friends.
Their biggest argument yet is over the fate of the small water dragon that's taken up residence in their city's canals.
When the dragon's fate is no longer as black and white as either thought, they join together to straighten things back out before it's too late.
