He walked down the halls, he could feel their disgusted stares, hear their nasty whispers about him and hear their hushed laughs as he walked passed them. But he ignored them as best as he could. He was new, a week ago he had came to America for a few life-as his mother would tell him. Today was his first day, his first day at St. Taylor's High school. He knew why they stared, it was because he was fat. He was use to the teasing and name calling. It hurt him but he always tried to smile as if it didn't affect him. Whenever he asked his mamma about it she would say that it was just his baby fat. He always thought how could he be 17 and have baby fat. He always asked himself that. No one in his family was fat. So why was he?

High school is supposed to be the greatest years of our lives but so far for me it's been the worst my sophomore year I had only 2 best friends one embarrassed me in front of the whole school saying how much of a loser I was. My twin brother ignores me even he thinks I'm a loser and his best friend who I have been in love with for years and who was one person I always knew I could count on stops speaking to me after I declare my love for him and gets with the school bully who's one of the people who make my life hell, after all that I left and moved in with my aunt states away. when my senior year comes around I decide to face my fears and go back to my old high school and show them the new and improved me.
