Smile (V x Reader)

Two young adults. Both cheery young people in their teenage years.

One goes through bullying, the other suffers from a terminal disease. One knows about the other but it doesn't go vice versa.

Both become less cheery as the hardships of life start to show themselves and compress them under it's strong hold.

So when both get stuck on a plane together and one out of pure sympathy and brotherhood decides to make himself a pedestal for her to stand on, what happens?
