**INDEFINITE HIATUS** In 2018, Xiao Zhan filmed 'The Untamed'. A lot of things happened since then. He woke up one day at a rather familiar place with some familiar faces. It was the day of his first lesson in Cloud Recesses. Thinking that it was a vivid lucid dream, he broke out of character to satisfy his curiosities. The next day, he still woke up in the same place. After a week of screaming upon waking up, he finally accepted in despair that he was not dreaming, and he was in MDSZ novel universe (or is it?). He determined to not die like Wei Wuxian, prevent tragedies and change the future. The first time Lan Wangji met Wei Wuxian, they fought on the roof. When he dreamed of the cliff scene and felt the sorrow and regret of losing someone he loved while watching helplessly at the falling figure, it plagued his mind greatly. He became even more disturbed when he noticed Wei Ying's changes. The two became close. Really close. Together, they planned to save the world and while they were doing just that... Enjoy the OP 'Wei Wuxian' with Xiao Zhan's temperament a.k.a Wei Wuxian 2.0 (the tamed version). ****** A/N: All illustrations in this story belongs solely to me (I drew them myself). That being said, do not re-use without permission. Also warning: A LOT OF WORDS and lots of nonsense. Perhaps a mountain full of grammatical error as well. This is my fanfic (and my first ever attempt on writing anything at all). So if you spot a mistake, don't be shy, point it out to me. Disclaimer: This is a fanfiction inspired by Modao Zushi by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. I do not own the characters associated with the original work and I make no profit from writing this fanfic. This is only for fun.

WARNING: This story has spoilers for the show, Novel, And spinoff movie The Living Dead. A/N: I might chance character's personalities (specifically Jiang Cheng's) and change things up compared to how it happened in the novel. Also the fanfic overall has aspects from both the novel and the live-action. Summary: Lan Wangji and Wei Wu Xian have reunited again two years after their departing in the mountains. After taking the role of Xiandu (or Excellency) and restabilizing the cultivation world, Lan Wangji finds Wei WuXian again and brings him back to Cloud Recesses. After 15 years total of separation (the time LWJ waited for WWX + their 2-year separation), both of them finally confess their feelings to one another and eventually accept each other hands in marriage. Lan Xichen struggles to forget the events of Guanyin Temple until Jiang Cheng offers a helping hand while battling his own demons. Meanwhile, Lan Sizhui, Jin Ling, Ouyang Zizhen, and Jingyi enjoy their playful youth as friends but what if something new emerges? As the cultivation world prepares itself for an upcoming marriage between Lan Zhan and Wei WuXian, what other challenges will arise before they truly accomplish true happiness?
