A story of an 11 member, mainly male, "villain" group, running wild in a isolated city in the middle of the sea, often tested for government experiments. A nameless place where super-humans of all kinds test out their powers on helpless civilians, the legal system and supposed law enforcement letting them go on unchecked. In this story, our group is often painted in a bad light by "heroes" to the point where they must do something for their city, despite their motives and means of doing so. Brought together by a being of pure power, they must fight their cruel government, while teaching this powerful being how there is still hope, lest they destroy the world.

NOTE: This story has many POVs and may be confusing to read. I am currently working on the details of the story and may redo chapters as the story continues so please bear with me! This is my first story and my reason for my account creation! I really wanted to share this idea! I will include my own drawings and songs I think go with the characters! The main eleven is also a mainly male group and their races/ethnicities (For the human characters) are not always specified.
