Bitter Medicine

When Dr. James Rogers is asked to consult on a case, he's more than slightly surprised at the patient with symptoms he's never seen before. But anomalies happen.
At least, that's what he thinks until the body count starts to rise.
With more people dying and powerful people trying to silence him, James' only hope at survival is keeping his head down while he figures out how to save his city.
