Liv has just moved into outer banks, also known as paradise on earth, living the full kook style but her whole world changes when her parents get brutally murdered. 

She has to start working for money that she need to survive with her younger sister. 

At her new work she meets a pogue and they become friends. Since then her world has been turned upside down...
