The Screams in the Forest, the Blood on the Walls

I still remember that day. I still hate him for it. He never should have left me out there. Out in the forest. With nothing but a note for the next person I saw, and a backpack that held a few pairs of clothes, a little food, a little water, a knife, a lighter, and hairspray. But I still remember what came out of it.
I have to admit that I'm kind of glad he did. If he hadn't I would already be dead. But at this point I think it would have been better if he hadn't. The death camps would be bad. But they can't possibly be worse than what I deal with now.
I hear screaming every night. Every day I see more blood stained on the walls of my treehouse. But I know I'm alone out here.
At least... I hope I am.
