What would you do if your life was a lie?
Ann is what everyone in town refers to as bad news. no one ever looks past that to see who she really is. She doesn't really mind, the facade works for her. She really doesn't want anyone prying because truth is, she doesn't know who she is either. She's not the only one with a brilliant facade though. Almost everyone she knows has one, her family, her friends and most people in her pretentious neighbourhood. Things change when her best friend is found, dead, supposedly a suicide. Ann knows it's not a suicide though. In fact she's pretty sure she knows who did it. Problem is no one, not even the police, will believe her and she can hardly blame them because of her rep.
As she delves deeper into the mystery of her friend's death she gets closer to finding answers she wishes she never found because the end result is her jumping off a bridge.
Now she has a new battle to fight. Not only is she fighting for her life, she is also fighting her demons. Question is, does she really want to win?
