I knew what was coming later tonight, not only at home, but on the way there. I knew that reacting right now would just make it worse though. Though it does go into romantic territory, which will be recurring throughout, it delves deeper into the respective lives of the main characters and how they are both affected by the home they grew up in despite having vastly different arrangements. Extending to how they both respond, have clashing personalities, relationships with addiction and their peers, and constant conflicts with themselves or others, there's rarely downtime reading through Sage or Aspen. With that, this focus includes all the other characters, who deal with their own struggles and individual personalities, but, at the end of the day, lands on them being teens.
