(please read bottom) It's the year 1935 in a tiny Mississippi town. Birch Kelton is 18 years old, Caucasian, and constantly being pressured by his father. Lawrence Addams is 17 years old, African American, and a punching bag for his alcoholic mother. When the teens meet, they form a bond stronger than they could ever imagine, a bond that creates a deep forbidden romance... Please be aware that this is a very, very old story, and I've improved drastically since this was written. I'm also not at all a romance writer, and I had literally no idea what I was doing when I wrote this. The last chapter explains everything. TL;DR - Expect this to suck. I was inexperienced.

They say you always want what you can't have... And in my tiny, upper-class town, everyone wants the Savage Six. Whether it's to be them, beat them, or f*ck them depends on who you ask. But for me... it's Cole Callahan that I want. The Savage Society's unofficial leader-and my dad's best friend. He pretends I don't exist... at least until my eighteenth birthday. That's when everything changes, and this dangerous, ruthless man decides that I'm his. His to worship. His to pleasure. His to own. Cole's got big plans for our future, permanent plans that he won't let me say no to. But we've got bigger problems as a new rival threatens the Savage Society and Cole's position in it. War's coming, and my hitman boyfriend's about to learn what 'til death do us part really means... ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOW A SAMPLE AND NOT THE FULL STORY*** The later chapters have been removed because this book is now available to read on Amazon and enrolled in KU (which requires the book be available exclusive to Amazon).
