This is a different type of Erkenci Kus story. The characters are familiar, but their interaction has changed from the series, and quirky funny things happen. I have read one story where Sanem had special powers and she will have different ones in this version. There is a difference from the other version. I hope this will be a fun filled story. I apologize if any details are similar to any other story. I try hard to write from my imagination only, except of course ideas from the series. I have no affiliation to Erkenci Kus, the cast, or anyone else involved with the series. I am just a fan, only. Please overlook, any mistakes, long drawn out sentences, or misspellings. In addition, I am learning as I go. I recently learned how to add photos and I hope it will work! Thank you for reading and stay well and safe during our new normal. 10 minutes can be an eternity or a blink of an eye depending on where you're standing. For Sanem Aydin it was all the time it took to loose what she loved more than life itself, but she wouldn't look back. Those ten minutes showed her that her love was not reciprocated in kind and that it had all been an illusion crafted by an experienced seducer upon a naive and foolish girl. But that would be the last time that would ever happen to her. 10 minutes more and she's be flying over her homeland and away from her heartache. 10 minutes later she was falling asleep with a sob choking her to escape and tears burning behind her eyes. 10 minutes later and she was being carried to the bedroom at the back of the jet in the arms of the man she had crushed on so many years ago and who had swept in like a hero to save her. When he finally came to his senses after swimming in his own guilt for weeks on end he all but ran to buy a ticket back home but he was 10 minutes too late. Flights were sold out. For the next 10 minutes he called her number but there was no response. The night would be endless but when he finally made it back he may as well have been a ghost. It was his fault he knew it and he was prepared to crawl back on hands and knees. He begged for 10 minutes of her time. Just 10 minutes to explain but she was gone and it would take what felt like a lifetime before he saw her again. 10 minutes to fall in love again. Erkenci Kuş: Broken Promises
Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!Complete

🔥💣WARNING!!💣🔥 To read this story, well...a good imagination would be great; you need to imagine and remember the scenes before and after the scenes I have re-written in each chapter. And, could be you also may need a bit of a naughty mind and it's absolutely a must to enjoy hot sex and lovemaking! If you don't...🚫DO NOT READ IT!🚫 (I prefer to let you know in advance, as in this way we'll save you time😏) I really love EK just as it is, but...what if we do add some hotter scenes? At least I've decided to give it a try, so..! 🤗 I will take one scene (or two or three) from each chapter, turn it hotter somehow and, probably, I'll have to change the storyline a bit, as to make the "hotness" fit in. With other words, whatever was impossible in EK, will definitely be possible here. (Please, have in mind that the options are limited when it comes to where they are and the circumstances, so if there is similar sex in different chapters...I'm sorry about it, hard work to come up with new things in each and every one 🤷🏼♀️) There are a few chapters of EK I have seen only once or twice, "the boring ones", but I have seen most of the others a hundred times each. I'm just saying, in case there are any kind of mistakes, have it in mind as everything else, please. There will also be a couple of chapters with no possible scenes to turn hotter, I hope you'll understand that, too. In my other stories I always managed to write chapters with at least 3500 - 4500 words each; as those stories came straight out of my head, it was quite easy to keep up to that, but now...I still don't know. More likely, as it's only about shorter sex scenes, the chapters will be somewhere between 1500 and 2500 words. 🤞🏽you'll enjoy it, and have a happy read!!Complete

SANEM AND CAN: OUR LIFE WILL NEVER BE BORING
This is my take on episodes 29, 30, etc. and the Fabri, perfume, Can in jail farce. I could not stand Can's attitude at the hut, his attitude was that of a spoiled brat, his yelling at Sanem in front of Polen, and her smirking. I could not stand Polen from her first introduction. My interpretation of this story does not include Can's memory loss, leaving for a year, or Sanem acting so childish. I will make Huma pay for her interference, but still working on that idea. I also did not like Emre getting off so easily. He needs to repent a little more. I thought Aziz was made out to be simple minded, when he had started and built a multimillion dollar business. He was not that old. I took creative license to make the story like I would have liked it to be and end! I made up details just to make it fun at times. There will be drama and violence, not my favorite, but will get even with some of the villains. I am not affiliated with Erkenci Kus, its actors, writers, or anyone. I am just a fan and not a writer. Sanem lost her parents and older sister in a car accident when she was only eight. Mirhiban, the wife of Aziz Divit, the owner of the hotel where Sanem's father had been the manager until the moment he passed away, was a very loving and endearing woman; her heart almost broke when she found out about the little girl left behind and quickly organized for her to stay with her and her family. Her own sons, Can and Emre, were already teenagers; Can was a sweet sixteener and Emre...a grouchy fourteener, so a little girl to take care of was just what she needed. From the moment Can met this...tiny but so beautiful little girl with her big, dark deer eyes, he felt a very special bond between them. Mirhiban felt it too and happily noticed that Sanem trusted her eldest son ever since. Can spent all the time he could with 'his little babygirl' and helped her get through the loss of her own family. But both of them would grow up into adults, and...what about that 'special bond' between the sweet sixteener and that so tiny and beautiful little girl when that happens..? DON'T JUDGE A PERSON (AN ERKENCI KUS LESSON)
A story about how so many people underestimated Sanem, because of her upbringing, even Can. Just because a person is shy, respectful, and not pushy, this should not be evaluated as not smart and looked down on! I wanted Can to show his smarts, and realize his attitude with all the women, the show threw in front of Sanem. I did not like Can's arrogance with the women. As you will be able to tell, I did not like any of them at all, especially Polen. A lot of the time, it was just degrading, how everyone treated the character Sanem. I wanted Sanem and Can to be in love, but equal. I also, felt like Huma, was just evil, but why? She was the mother of two adult men, why be so mean? So I made her a little different, she still thinks she is better, but not! I also, did not like the way Sanem's parent's went from friendly to not, then forgave Leyla and Emre overnight, but never ever understood Sanem and Can. I am not a writer, have no connection with the actors, production staff, or anyone else with Erkenci Kus. I am just a fan. Any mistakes, misspellings, long boring chapters or story are all on me.
