Beginning a new chapter in life is hard. Staying clean while having to deal with a rather annoying coworker is harder. With sobriety coin in hand, Iwaizumi Hajime struggles to follow the path he promised his daughter he would take as he starts a new job working alongside the very self-centered Oikawa Tooru.
However, what he doesn't know is that everyone has their own personal demons that they choose to hide. With his facade cracking with each time he finds himself alone with Iwaizumi, Oikawa struggles with the reality that keeping things hidden only brings about more heartache.
Will the grieving knight and the little caged prince be able to understand each other's personal hardships and create a unique bond full of love and support or will their souls remain closed off to the world forever?
