There is the prophecy that there are the 4 yielding masters of Fire, Lightning, Ice, and Earth. But there weren't always 4. There were 4 others who were known as their counter parts. Lava, Thunder, Water, and Natural Disasters. Together they had the power to do things we can't imagine. But they were over taken in the great snake war and perished. There have never been more of these so counter parts. Until now.

They discover they possess elemental powers, and master the art of Spinjitzu to combat the Serpentine threat, although Y/n has not unlocked said elemental powers, yet. * * * All your life you knew the Brookstones.(IK that's not their real last name, but it sounds better then 'Bucket', soooo) and for the longest time, the Brookstones son, Cole was your best friend. And what felt like forever, you had a crush on him, but you didn't want to tell him, out of fear he didn't feel the same way. (In this story, when Cole goes away he isn't found by Sensei Wu till after you.) When one day, you went over to his house, and his Dad said that he had gone away to the Marty Oppenheimer School of the Art's, which didn't sound right. After a few months, weird stuff started happening to you. One day, you were approached by an old man, claiming that you were an Elemental master, and that you needed to train to be a ninja. At first you were sceptical, but after some thought, you went with him. After about a month, the man said he wanted you to meet some other people like you. You didn't know what you expected, but you didn't expect Cole to be one of the people you were to meet. The man probably didn't expect you to know any of the people, but when you ran up to Cole and hugged him, you could say, it took him by surprise. quick note, you have two brother's, one older brother, and one younger brother. Art by perov nigma And this is my first time writing something, and actually putting it anywhere, so I blame any spelling or grammar mistakes on that. I do not own any of ninjago.

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. The avatar kept balance in the world but with him gone the world became unbalanced, that is until it gave life to a new avatar but instead of continuing the cycle it went back. Only a select few know this as they are apart of a special group not tied to one nation, they are the White Lotus.
