This is a story challenge called Haunting Arkham from 1fruba, from whom i also copied the firs chapter One day when Batman is returning an escapee, he sees "the boy". He inmediatly takes it up with the person in charge, demanding to know why a child is rotting in Arkham. When he discovers the poor amount of information concerning the kid, Batman takes it upon himself to dicover the mistery that is Phantom.All Rights Reserved
