The Prince's Caretaker

Mitch is the prince of a wealthy kingdom. Scott is a servant, and his friend.
Everything changes when Mitch gets sick. He doesn't just get sick; he becomes too weak to do much other than lie in bed.
Scott is chosen to look after him. And, slowly, he becomes more than a caretaker.
Eventually, he can't be farther from that, and life seems good for him.
But life has a tendency of not lasting that way.
And it only sometimes lasts.
