Harry and Draco get pared in potion class and need to work together. When Harry forgets his glasses, he reads the wrong ingredient on the board. Draco has no idea that he is putting the wrong ingredients into the potion and as a affect. The potion explodes. Right into Snape's face! He is turned back into his teenage self with no recollection of who he is and why he's there. Albus decided he needs to re-enter Hogwarts as a student.
