In a futuristic society where everyone has brightly colored hair and different colored eyes with abnormal powers, Koemi Hinata is one the few who's "not normal." She has reddish-bronze locks, with dull blue eyes; and, to top to her problems as a human,  the forbidden power of Telekinesis. 
Once a week she's dyes her hair, and everyday puts in yellow contacts as a disguise. 

A company called the "Himura Cooperation" is after her powers, and they will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
