In a futuristic society where everyone has brightly colored hair and different colored eyes with abnormal powers, Koemi Hinata is one the few who's "not normal." She has reddish-bronze locks, with dull blue eyes; and, to top to her problems as a human,  the forbidden power of Telekinesis. 
Once a week she's dyes her hair, and everyday puts in yellow contacts as a disguise. 

A company called the "Himura Cooperation" is after her powers, and they will stop at nothing to achieve their goal. After they send the oppressive, fascist government after her, there is no where to run...or is there. And what happens when her classmate Ren Kishinuma finds out about her power?
