Eurus Bendelli is the Queen of Violauros. The Starless Laiken of Old. Her people have been at war with the Cerulean Kingdom of Belcarr for several hundred years. With no visible end of bloodshed in sight, and the offer to be Pure Blue's bride to unite their people having fallen through, Eurus decides to disguise herself as a powerful mage teacher. She travels from her home land, just to teach the young Prince of the enemy kingdom, and to unravel a mystery that has been on her mind since her mother died. Realizing that young minds can be molded, Eurus feels she must direct the young prince, educate him on not only his powers, but her people and their ways, hoping he will one day rule and end the war between their civilizations. But unbeknownst to Eurus, and those around her, the country she has known to be her rival her entire life, is not her true enemy.
