A war was born between the 2 known mafias in the city, it was a war about "Order". 

The government created an alliance with Rose Mafia to destroy the Vogue, the rivals, who wants to terminate the "Order" and hell will break loose if they succeeded. 

So they made a solution, they built an academy for the youth to strengthen their abilities and combat skills. With this they could have an advantage to defeat the Vogue Mafia.

An 18 year old boy named Dwayne So was enrolled in the academy for the reason that the government believes they can help him discover his true potential. 

Dwayne was selfish, he never cared for the world.. but then he met Aki, a 16 year old boy who's timid but wholesome.
