Mineta's brother

The sports festival is coming up and everyone is excited. Kihan Mineta is coming to the sports festival for three reasons.
1st he is coming to support his hentai(pervert) of a brother(◎_◎;)
2nd he is coming to look at the interesting event since he is the youngest pro hero there is at 16
and
3rd he is going to see his good friend sensei Aizawa since he is going to help out with teaching THE class 1A with the sleeping caterpillar since Kihan decided to come back to japan after spending some years in america and wants to spend as much time with his family again and do hero work.
What will the class of 1A think of Mineta's brother , will Kihan find out more about himself and others on the way
