Why can't you love me?

At the start of summer vacation Kinsley and her two siblings are sent to stay with their parents best friends since college in California. Sounds great right? To Kinsley it's horrible she had just turned 17 and was ready for a summer of fun with her friends and possible boyfriend. So with a heavy heart she is sent to California, but what she finds there changes her forever. The only questions she has at the end of the trip is " Why can't you love me."
