People all over the USA are chosen to be cryogenically frozen in bunkers, preparation for World War III. From military, medical, and scientists they are the promise of the future. From the moment the bombs hit, things don't go as planned. Not all of the chosen people make it to the bunker, having not expected the bombs to drop so early. Those who do go under are expected to be woken up after five years. What happens when they wake up fifty years later and everything isn't quite what it seems? 

Four pods malfunction and cause the inhabitants to wake. Thanks to one of them being military, he breaks out of the pod. Thus being able to save the other three as the pod door function doesn't seem to work. The four realized all the remaining pods have malfunctioned over the years and without being able to get out, the inhabitant died from air loss. After searching the bunker, they decide to leave and travel to the outside post apocalyptic world. Only to find out, they're not alone.All Rights Reserved

To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor.
