When Harley March, an English girl whose parents just died, moves to small Californian beach town, she can't think of anything worse. Taking one look at all the tanned, bikini-clad girls, she decides that she'll be spending the summer holed up in her bedroom with a sketch book and a pair of headphones. Her grandmother, on the other hand, has other ideas. She manages to get Harley a job at an ice cream shop and convinces neighboring boys to take her under their wing... by force, if necessary.
This is not just a love story, this is a story about friendship, ice cream, new beginnings, love and loss.
(Okay, guys, I know I suck at descriptions. Just read the book :P)
Elliot Jensen and Elliot Fintry have a lot in common. They share the same name, the same house, the same school, oh and they hate each other but, as they will quickly learn, there is a fine line between love and hate.
