In the future, the Terran race has become the most powerful race in the galaxy. This was thanks in part to its mass colonization of other planets, an act which provided them with plentiful resources. 

Born on the Terran-colonized planet of Fujin, we follow the life of Rose, a half-Terran, half-Toge boy who is living through a time of uncertainty. 

Still, Rose is a dreamer, and he wishes for the day he gets to leave his planet behind for the vast unknown. As the world unfolds, Rose meets a strange woman named Exi, and they realize they aren't better off without one another.
