When the sigil-keeper, known to his friends as Wren, finds himself in possession of ancient, dangerous magic, he and his companions are drawn into a web of intrigue and violence as every faction on the face of Selenia vies for control of the knowledge contained within his head. But with great power, great corruption follows...

"Son of the Sigil" is a dark fantasy-adventure novel about bad men doing bad things and hopefully getting away with it. Magic, blood, war, corruption, slavery, suicide and a lot more. If you like good anti-heroes, you'll probably like this.

No more spoilers. It's going to be a long, brutal adventure for these lads.

This is the first story I've ever written, and I really hope you enjoy it. It is still early days but I feel good about it so far. I am looking for criticism in order to improve, not to be coddled, so please, don't go easy on me.

The main thing is that you enjoy my work, so if you do, please consider supporting me in any capacity, even a like, and definitely follow me on Twitter, so that I can continue to grow as a writer. And thank you so much!

A place abundant with magic and full of different races such as Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Witches and Wizards. If you enjoy epic fantasy stories then I think you'll enjoy my story The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon. This is an original story of my own creation with my own original characters. I've always been told I have a very active and creative imagination and I should use that i it a like and follow for more chapters to come. Please feel free to point out any grammatical errors you find that I may have missed as I'm constantly editing the story to make it better. *If any names in my story are that of real world people it's completely coincidental, I use a random name generator, which creates countless names, to help with the naming of some of my characters.

But the Dark Lord, far from the monster whispered about in legend, sees something special in the boy-a child with untapped power and an ancient magical heritage that could reshape the wizarding world. Voldemort, now a protector rather than a destroyer, chooses to adopt the boy as his heir to the Slytherin legacy, guiding him through the complexities of his own magical abilities and a past marred by cruelty. With the help of his inner circle, Voldemort seeks to heal the boy's broken spirit and shield him from the dangers lurking in both the magical and Muggle worlds. However, the boy's mysterious origins hold darker secrets that even the Dark Lord must confront. As power, loyalty, and love clash with treachery and fear, a new future for the wizarding world begins to take shape. The Art of Courts and Lies (Book 1 in The Gifted Trilogy)

52 parts Complete

Ice flooded my veins as the realization of who he was hit me. It must have been evident on my face because the man in front of me let out a dark laugh. "Oh dear, you didn't realize you were talking to a royal, did you darling?" he crooned. Not just any royal. Kesserian Cinis. The recently coronated king and ruler over the Ember Court. I forgot how to breathe, my mind whirring as it tried to figure out how I could have been so stupid as to let this happen. *************************************************** Wren Heatherfield is on the run. Having turned 18, she is now in danger of becoming selected for the Garner, a deadly game in which the six kings who rule over her continent take eighteen non-magical girls and make them fight for their lives. But as she tries to avoid the game by running away with her best friend and her sister, she consequently finds herself doomed to be a competitor in the 246th Garner. But the Garner isn't the only thing capable of killing her. In a castle surrounded by kings with dark powers and girls fighting for their lives, she may find that the politics of royalty can be just as deadly as their games. No one can be trusted in a palace full of monsters and, if Wren has any hopes of survival, she may have to become one herself.
