Katou Nicked named the "Queen" is the youngest all winning female volley player but after a fatal accident Katou has been off the court for almost a year and everything changes the once cheerful and trustworthy gal turned to a glum and unenthusiastic girl of today, not only that due to her injury she hasn't been to real school in those months, but after getting the okay by her doctor Katou applies for Karasuno High and joins the volleyball club as the first and only girl.
