Above and below the world we live in, there are others. Plains interlacing together, made up of the creatures in our nightmares. Vampires and Incubi and demons, shape shifters and angels; all crowded together in modern cities, all afraid of what's coming.
Entire towns are being wiped out, smeared red across the front pages of every major newspaper. Even the vampires are afraid when Rogues confer with someone the people depend on. No one knows exactly who to stand up to and wouldn't sacrifice any of their own kind if they did. Race seperates all and only a small group have decided to try and cut them off before the real damage is done.
Ciro and Dean have fought Rogues before, but with more and more to lose, how do they decide when to fight and when to hide? At what point is doing the right thing outweighed by protecting those you love?

He feels empty, longing for what he himself discarded. To his dismay, he soon falls in love with a human woman. He has three choices. He can turn her, kill her, or let her go. After raping her, and almost killing her because of his uncontrollable bloodlust, he chooses the latter. He watches her from a far, only to protrect her if need be.
