Sixteen year old Bel is on his last chance. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Keep your head down and stay out of trouble. He's a problem child, made of anger and curse words, with parents who dropped him on the doorstep of a boarding school hoping someone else would deal with him for a change. This is it, he knows he has no home to return to if he fucks it up. The Kao Twins are his kryptonite, the first people to ever see through his defense mechanisms and recognize there's an actual person under there. Facing his feelings is the last thing Bel wants to do, but losing his new found relationships might be even scarier. He's already hit rock bottom, there's nothing else to do but stay put, or take the hands offering to help him back up.

His mouth was right by my ear, and I could feel his warm breath when he spoke which sent shivers down my spine. "Well, aren't you a little a scholar?" *** The only things Alex Moris ever cared about were his grades and his sister. However, when the boy his sister likes, Ryan Smithe, makes things complicated and causes him to feel things he's never felt before, Alex realizes that, maybe, there's more important things in life than grades and scholarships.
