The Outer Banks, paradise on Earth. It's the sort of place where you either have two jobs or two houses. Two tribes, one island. Your a pouge. The kooks are on the rich side of the island. You live on the poorer side of the island. Pouges let lose and do whatever you want. You love to get a good tan, surf, and hang with your friends Jhon b, Pope, JJ, and Kiara. Your mission this summer is to have a good time all the time. The kooks have high maintenance, jerks, and hot heads. Not all of them though.
