Isobel Haven Del Rio have a difficulty on bearing a child, her egg cell is not healthy enough to have it. She will need to undergo a process called insemination. There is a possibility that it will poison her if she didn't undergo that process.

Aldreize Oden Valderama and Tori Montenegro are her friends who were there when she's been hospitalized. Tori really see her as her sister so she did everything to make her safe and healthy. She made a decision without telling it to Isobel.
