Universal programming

Nature follows a particular rule. Change is the law of the universe. However, how much will change, which way the change will take place, follows a particular rule. We can call that rule the universal programming.
Place, time and character shall always be specific which means that we can in no way change or rectify the event that has already happened. Event that will take place in the future will happen according to a specific rule. Each and every event has a cause and effect relationship. Usually we shall not be change any event in the future. Whatever has been destined for the future will happen. If it does not happen in one way it will happen in some other way. The rule of Universal programming says so. However, some exceptions to this rule are theoretically possible.
