I woke up in hospital bed and my brother with missing organs. My mother crying for her loving son and his organs were transplanted with someone and I found the donar was my own father. My investigation back into the day of accident brought this twist that my father's cousin was the person who took out my brother's organs and everything started revolving around my brain.
