This is a Severus Snape x Student fanfic.

Annabelle Mercy is in her 1st year at 17 years old, and although she may make everything look easy, her life hasn't always been perfect. When she was seven years old her parents died under "mysterious circumstances," which left her and her brother Jasper orphaned. After her parents death she bounced around foster homes with her brother. She is excited to go to Hogwarts and start a new life, but she never expected to fall in love with her teacher.
