In this Universe Izuku Midoriya is dead. How? Well it all started with Bakugou Katsuki. Bakugou told him to take a swan dive off the roof. Then All Might, his idol told him He would never become a hero.He slowly became depressed even after he got into UA's general studies.
The final straw is when two older kids best him up and call him worthless and quirkless. It all ended with Bakugou Katsuki. At 1:04 in the morning Izuku Midoriya jumped off of a building, killing him instantly.
Since Izuku was never accepted into the hero program. He had one friend, Shinso.
Three people cared about Izuku jumping; Shinso, Inko, and Bakugou. Two people died that day; Shinso and Izuku. One left a stash of letters that were never meant to be found; Izuku.

HIATUS What if Izuku Midoryia never met All Might, Never gained One For All, Never made it into UA, Lost hope to become a hero, even worse (in his opinion) lost all contact with his childhood tormentor/Crush 'Katsuki Bakugou'? What if Inko died, And aizawa found Izuku and took him in? Izuku grew up being bullied for wanting to be a hero, Why? Well because he's quirkless, which means he has no power at all and that makes the strong believe it's fun to bully him. Finally it's the end of Middle school Izuku is no longer left out and makes friends... Not the right ones though. He decided not to apply to his childhood dream school 'UA', so when his mother 'Inko Midoryia' told him they were moving to a town a little further away he was fine with it. At his new school believe it or not he was one of the strongest kids there, it was a school for only quirkless kids of course. He started working out and got a lot stronger, he would sometimes sneak out with his friends and workout out with them. As said before his friends wasn't the nice bubbly kids you think he would have, in fact their not even close. Izuku changed from middle school and started drinking and smoking, he also tended to get in fights with random people for looking at him wrong. Clearly different from when he was growing up. What if, when Bakugo and Midoriya are older and hero's, one of them doesn't make it back from their mission as they thought they would. Bakugo and Midoriya had went out to help a couple other pro hero's. You may know them as Denki Kaminari (Charge Bolt) and Kirishima Eijiro (Red Riot). They were up against a villain who constantly enhanced his quirk the longer it took them to take him down but it wasn't as easy as it sounded. Besides this villain, there were others. Civilians he'd turned mad and forced them to use their quirks on the four boys. They couldn't hurt to civilians. They're innocent. But the villain, Madane, wasn't letting up and Dynamite was running out of stamina. An unknown blast was mere inches away from shooting Dynamite and, the number one pro hero, Deku, had jumped and pushed him out of the way just in time. Instead of it hitting Bakugo, it hit Midoriya. Right in the heart.. Will Deku fall from his number 1 throne, or will someone help him just in time?... And if he survives how will this villain be defeated?
