In 2020, vampires and humans coexist. Sort of. Vampires rule the upper class while the humans don't rule much of anything. Mortal, Violet Dabrowski, is given a dangerous scholarship to go to wealthy and posh school. The problem with Night Academy is its notorious reputation for being a vampires only school. At this institution, Violet comes acorss more than just difficult classes and mean girls. She struggles with trying not get bitten, a cute vampire, and murders that make everyone look suspicious.
