The setting is at a high school but it's NOT NaJ AU and both Killer and Outer are students here.

OUTER: He's the new kid at school. He would try to avoid bullies as much as possible.

KILLER: He's one of the bullies of the school, tho he is not the leader. He likes to go after the weak-looking ones or any new kids.
