Deku and Kacchan have had a rocky relationship, but things are going to get a whole lot more complicated with the council of souls are bored.
Deku kills himself but Kacchan goes after him. With both Deku and Kacchan dead, The council of souls make them a deal that would change the course of fate.
"You are now immortal but you have to be near each other constantly. If not than a pain so powerful and painful will consume you until you go crazy."
